Tutus

Satin is used to create the waistband, as well as line the skirt to make is wearable for any occasion.  The waistband is made of elastic to allow for growth.  The skirt is filled with synthetic flower petals, and left with a small opening for easy access to add, move, or take away petals. All tutus come with a complimentary Pretty Bow.
